Mike and I spent the last five days in my hometown and will be here until tomorrow. We had weddings to attend and my mom's birthday to celebrate so we spent longer here than I think we ever have. It's been a long time (probably since the summer after college) since I've spent this much time here and I can confidently say my view of the small town was drastically changed. I absolutely took for granted the beauty of this town, from the mountains, to the lakes, to the small quaint downtown, it really is a magical place. Maybe it's because my parents are about to sell my childhood home but I was feeling extra in love with the place this past week. Sometimes it's nice to just take a step back and appreciate the little things, which is exactly what we did.
One night, Mike and I went out to dinner with my parents and I wore this super light chambray jumpsuit from the cutest online boutique, Verity (use this link for 10% off your order!). It was super comfortable to wear on a hot night and I loved the midi length of the pants and the off the shoulder top. I decided to pair it with these really comfortable wedges but could see pairing it with some heels to dress it up!
