When it comes to fabric, if there is one thing that screams "all american summer" to me it's gingham and eyelet. They are both lightweight fabrics that can easily keep you cool while still looking chic and put together. I wore this look for an event at the Prudential Center last week welcoming some of their new stores, Artizia, Sam Edelman, and Sugarfina (my fav!) and instantly knew I would be wearing it again this 4th of July. It's perfectly patriotic while still being subtly on theme.
