For my second installment of Piperlime's #momentofchic campaign, I decided to mix things up a little. One of my favorite tricks to rewear pieces is use a dress in an unexpected way. For this outfit, I used my dress as a blouse since it happened to pair almost perfectly with an old favorite skirt! You can also wear a dress with a shirt or sweater over it to give it the effect of a skirt!
If you have a favorite dress, it's an easy way to wear it often without wearing the same outfit! Plus, I find it super fun to challenge myself to wear items in different ways and this is one of my most favorite tricks!
These booties are so comfortable and I love that they incorporate the brown in them, I know I am going to be wearing these very often since they will match everything!

I love those shoes! And how the bricks on the stairs match your outfit. I love to wear skirts over my dresses! But usually not shirts over dresses because I always tuck my shirt into a skirt and you can't tuck a sweater into a dress! >.<
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is SO amazing! The colors are gorgeous on you!
